The Texas Coastal Bend refers to the flat area of land along the Texas coast. It is home to many cities including Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Rockport, Kingsville, Port Lavaca, Galveston, Victoria, and Houston. Buy A Bread Bowl and Help The Homeless
It has been announced that the residents in Coastal Bend, TX are taking a stand against homelessness in the area. There is an annual Poor Man’s Supper that is hosted by the Metro Ministries. They ask that anyone willing to help should purchase a bread bowl. In order to raise awareness the C.E.O of the non-profit organization, Patty Clark alerted Kii News on the new way those volunteers to help. They hope to raise enough money to decrease the amount of individuals with out homes.
